Join Aspen Expeditions' Local's Backcountry Ski Tour this Friday, March 3 with IFMGA guide Mike Arnold. Meet at Aspen Highlands.  You must preregister either online, stop by our shop or call us at 970-925-7625 (SPACE IS LIMITED TO 4 per guide).

IFMGA guide Mike Arnold will share his intimate knowledge of the local backcountry conditions and more.

Can't make it this Friday?  We'll be going out every other Friday or on a custom date scheduled that works for you and your group (4 people max guide ratio). Enjoy a great tour in the backcountry along with the local knowledge about the status of the backcountry snowpack! Just contact us!

March 18-20, 2016: AIARE LEVEL 1 AVALANCHE COURSE ... The AIARE Level 1 Avalanche Course provides a complete introduction to the avalanche phenomenon, avalanche terrain, decision making, and rescue. In a continental snowpack such as the Elk Mountains, AE's customized instruction maximizes student learning outcomes as they relate to backcountry travel. Aspen Expeditions has been teaching avalanche courses since 1980 and has an intimate knowledge of the Colorado snowpack. (ONLY 4 SPOTS LEFT)
